Albert Bichot Chablis 2023

A textbook Chablis – crisp, clean and quietly complex. This is 100% Chardonnay, grown on limestone-rich soils around the village of Chablis, then fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep things bright and precise. Expect citrus and green apple crunch, with a whisper of saline minerality and a dry, zippy finish that makes it a dream with oysters or anything from the sea.

Albert Bichot is one of Burgundy’s most respected and long-standing names, founded in 1831 and still family-owned six generations later. Based in Beaune, they’ve built a reputation for producing elegant, terroir-driven wines across the region. Since the late 1990s, they’ve been steadily shifting toward sustainable and organic farming, with several of their vineyards now certified organic, including in Chablis.
