We love where this wines sits - it delivers some texture and fullness, but remains taut and fresh. It shows some bright fruit, but stays understated and mineral. It’s a sophisticated bottle of wine that we’d suggest lovers of Chablis/fresher styles of Chardonnay will love too. It’s Carricante grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. 

Alta Mora is a project created by the Cusumano Family, with the intent of showcasing the uniqueness of the Mount Etna region. The wines, made from indigenous varieties Carricante and Nerello Mascalese, are modern, polished expressions that offer pure clean fruit and enticing structure, making them particularly popular with sommeliers and chefs.
