Some what of a unicorn for New Zealand wine, Bellbird Spring 'Aeris' is a non vintage aged white wine. Made from Pinot Gris which is fermented dry and then aged for four years under Flor. The aging process imparts layers upon layers of Nutty and citrus flavours. If you are a fan of sherry or wine from Jura this is a must see. 
The name Aeries is an oh to one of the major influencing factors of how this wine is made and tastes, air.
