The Dolin Rouge Vermouth is aromatic and has a mild sweetness with savoury notes of dried herbs, balsamic, citrus peel, dried fig, tobacco and ginger. It's floral notes and mild sweetness make it a great addition to a Negroni or Manhattan.Â
