Terpin Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi 2023

Orange peel, sweet spices, thyme and tropical fruit, this is a feast of flavour. It’s bright, juicy and energetic to taste. The varietal mix of this wine varies from year to year, the 2021 being made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Hand harvested fruit was wild fermented on skins for a week, aged in stainless steel for 8 months, and bottled without additions, fining or filtration.  

Best known for his skin-contact whites in a region renowned for this style, Franco Terpin is based in Friuli Venezia Giulia, right on the border with Slovenia in the north east of Italy. From 12 hectares of organically farmed vines he produces exuberant, characterful, natural  wines.
